工作職責(zé)
* 負(fù)責(zé)2個(gè)以上的省區(qū)至少包含一個(gè)權(quán)重大??;Being responsible for more than 2 provinces including
at least one key province.
* 負(fù)責(zé)兩個(gè)NKA總部管理,包括年度協(xié)議談判,階段性活動(dòng)的談判與執(zhí)行,和九州通銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密配合,確保NKA協(xié)議在各個(gè)分部落地執(zhí)行。
* 事業(yè)部年度銷售策略傳達(dá)及培訓(xùn);Annual sales strategy communication and training of China BU.
* 輔導(dǎo)幫助合作伙伴九州通對(duì)省區(qū)生意及人員進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,確保銷售策略的有效執(zhí)行落地;Guide and help the partner Jointown
to plan the provincial business and personnel to ensure the effective
implementation of sales strategy.
* 輔導(dǎo)幫助合作伙伴制定合理的市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)方案并跟進(jìn)落實(shí);guide and help partners to develop reasonable
marketing activity plans and followed up their implementation
* 對(duì)合作伙伴團(tuán)隊(duì)人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),提升人員銷售技能; conduct training for partner team members to
improve their sales skills.
* 運(yùn)用信息化工具,業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析來輔導(dǎo)九州通人員洞察生意機(jī)會(huì),提升業(yè)務(wù)能力,以實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo);Use information tools and
business data analysis to guide Jointown staff to gain insight into business
opportunities, improve business capabilities and achieve business goals;
* 與九州通團(tuán)隊(duì)合作創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐B2B線上推廣;Cooperate with Jointown team to innovate and practice
B2B online promotion;
* 終端市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督及檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,制定相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)計(jì)劃,并對(duì)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃進(jìn)行跟進(jìn) 和評(píng)估;Supervise and inspect the terminal
market, find problems, formulate corresponding improvement plans, follow up and
evaluate the improvement plans;
* 通過團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,全面輔導(dǎo)和賦能九州通,按季度打造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣板市場(chǎng);Through teamwork, comprehensive guidance and
empowerment of Jointown, build a standard model market on a quarterly basis
* 推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)銷售和活動(dòng)并激勵(lì)所輔導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成KPI,提高關(guān)鍵市場(chǎng)的市場(chǎng)份額; Promote market sales and activities and
motivate the coaching team
任職要求
* 較強(qiáng)的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃能力; Strong business planning ability
* 較強(qiáng)的影響力,優(yōu)秀的培訓(xùn)和輔導(dǎo)能力;Strong influence, excellent training and coaching skills
* 較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力和商業(yè)洞察能力;Strong data analysis ability and business insight ability
* 8年以上銷售管理及5年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);More than 8 years of sales management and more than 5
years of team management experience
* 本科以上醫(yī)藥或營(yíng)銷相關(guān)專業(yè);Bachelor degree or above in medicine or marketing related
majors.
