(一)教學(xué)科研管理崗(崗位數(shù):1)
主要職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌學(xué)院師資和助教的招聘、遴選和對接管理工作;
2、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)籌師資和課程設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化教學(xué)管理及相關(guān)對接事宜;
3、負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)制定研究項(xiàng)目,統(tǒng)籌相關(guān)流程和制度并具體落實(shí);
4、配合學(xué)院其他部門,并完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
應(yīng)聘條件:
1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷,有博士學(xué)位、海外求學(xué)或工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先;
2、出色的英語口語交流及書面表達(dá)能力;
3、優(yōu)秀的組織協(xié)調(diào)、溝通和學(xué)習(xí)能力,良好的服務(wù)意識和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神;
4、有高度責(zé)任感和敬業(yè)精神,有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力;
position: faculty & research coordinator
( position available: 1 )
key responsibilities
?support recruitment for both faculty members and teaching assistants
?contribute to curriculum design and teaching administration management & optimization
?develop research projects, coordinate relevant procedures and their implementation
?cooperate with other departments to fulfill the tasks assigned
qualifications
?master’s degree or above. candidates with phd degree and overseas experience preferred
?fluent in oral and written english
?excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

?highly responsible, committed.
?willing to work under pressure.
(二)項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)管理崗(崗位數(shù):1)
主要職責(zé):
1.根據(jù)需要協(xié)調(diào)和參與招聘活動,如參觀目標(biāo)組織、演講、大學(xué)展會、會議和其他平臺。
2.撰寫項(xiàng)目推廣方案和計(jì)劃,并與市場團(tuán)隊(duì)一起執(zhí)行。
3.通過電話和郵件接收學(xué)生客戶的咨詢并跟進(jìn)申請。
4.同時跟進(jìn)多個項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行管理,及時跟進(jìn)問題。
5.與其他部門合作完成團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)。
6.支持eep項(xiàng)目的行政工作。
應(yīng)聘條件:
1.碩士及以上學(xué)歷;
2. 1-2年行政或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有高等教育工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3.優(yōu)秀的組織能力和分析解決問題的能力、良好的溝通能力、注重細(xì)節(jié)、可以獨(dú)立解決復(fù)雜問題。
4.良好的中英文讀寫能力。
5.熟練使用word、excel、powerpoint等辦公軟件。
6.高度的責(zé)任心和敬業(yè)精神以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
position: program coordinator
( position available: 1 )
key responsibilities
?coordinate and participate in recruiting activities such as visits to targeting organizations, presentations, university fairs, conferences and other platforms as needed.
?create content to promote the assigned program/ projects and work together with marketing team for the implementation.
?receive student client inquiries by telephone and email and follow up with the applications.
?prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
?cooperate with other departments to achieve the team target.
?support in the administrative tasks for eep team.
qualifications
?master’s degree or above;
?1-2 years of experience in administrative or related area. working experience in higher education is highly preferable.
?ability to resolve complex administrative problems independently.
?highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis.
?excellent organizational skills and excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.
?strong communication and relationship building skills are essential.
?proficiency in both written and spoken english and chinese.
?must have good skills in microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.
?ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
